Week #49 - 'Keeping Warm'

Welcome Friends!!  This week Nicole is our host and she has chosen the theme of 'Keeping Warm'!

Using this snuggly photo for inspiration ...

... please create a card or project with a 'KEEP WARM' theme and/or any additional inspiration from the photo colors (suggestions: scarves, mittens, hats, coffee, tea, hot cocoa/marshmellows, fireplace, blankets, felt, wool, fleece, yarn, etc.)  The Shabby Girls cannot wait to see what you create this week :)

Note: Because we are sponsored weekly by wonderful businesses who have graciously donated products and in the interest of fairness to all participants, any entries that do not follow our simple challenge rules will remain in the gallery but will not be eligible for the weekly prizes. Thanks for your understanding and participation!

I'm happy to introduce you all to this week's Guest Designer - Michelle Bala! Michelle earned this Guest Designer spot for her win during Week #42 in the Tea Room - 'Shabby Chic Baby'!  Michelle's designs have 'wowed' us week after week in the Tea Room -- she is a very talented paper crafter and we're very lucky she could join the Shabby Girls this week!

I'm so happy to announce our sponsor this week - Stamping Dragon Designs!

Hi my name is Janette aka Stamping Dragon Designs/Dragons Lair Designs.  I live in the UK with my two children and puddy tat.  I started with Graphic Design in 2001, initially creating sig tags in AOL groups but, moved on and found digital scrapbooking.  It wasn’t long before that, I started making my own kits under the Dragons Lair Designs name and the rest as they say is history.  Two years ago I was introduced to digital stamps and started drawing and before I knew it Stamping Dragon Designs was born.  I am now not only addicted to scrapbooking my photo's but making cards too.  All I need now is more hours in a day.

We will award a 'The Shabby Tea Room Tea Time Terrific Top Three' badge to the three most creative projects!!! The Shabby Tea Room Winner will earn our adorable pink tea pot winner badge and 4 digital images donated by Stamping Dragon Designs!

Link your creations below by Sunday, February 20th  to play along. Winner and Tea Time Terrific Top Three will be announced Monday, February 21st. We will have an all-new challenge for you to play along with on the 21st as well, so please come back and visit with us again for another chance to win!
